How soon will my order ship after purchase? 



Returns & Refunds:

Please inspect your order after receiving and contact us immediately at if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Can I return tea and coffee products?

Unfortunately, due to their perishable nature, we are unable to accept returns on tea or coffee.  However, if you experience any problems with your tea or coffee or if there are errors with your order, please contact us directly and we will review for a partial or full refund on a case-by-case basis. 

Can I return or exchange items damaged in transit? 

Absolutely! Please follow the return process above, and include a photo of the damaged item and packaging along with the original order number and the best return address.  We will review and send out a new order within 3-5 business days.  

Can I return non-perishable merchandise? 

Yes! We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at  We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
